shawn02dueceFinally, a motorcycle forum like the one I browse a lot (before the Duece arrived!) for my Trans Am! I'm in Louisville, Ky., just got my new 2002 Duece, FXSTDI, 4 weeks ago. A 97 Low Rider was stolen from my garage at Xmas last year, fortunately I know one of the local dealers and he got me a bike just in time for the riding season. The bike and the garage both have alarm systems, and the owner has several handguns.... There are a couple of groups of friends that I ride with, and we do a lot of big poker runs too. More and more of my friends are getting bikes so there is always someone willing to go for a putt, not that it takes much convincing! Thought I would say hey, drop an e-mail if you want. I have made several friends through the car boards I frequent, so I look forward to making new friends here too. TheKingOk Bear watch it or I'll send the fairy patrol after you! I was going to say that it is the kinda ferry that you ride...but I guess that applies to both! Yeah, I'm in a nice little community just south of Bendover! A couple of years ago there was a mugging of a tourist here. A gang grabbed him, dragged him into an alley, thre him to the ground....and did his nails! shawn02dueceHey, I just got an update e-mail reminder from this board and realized I hadn't been on here in a long time, and then was just lurking. I've only managed a couple hundred miles on the Duece in the past six months due to medical reasons, so my mind hasn't been in the right place for a while! I uploaded a couple of pic's of my baby and set one in my profile for all you voyeurs! I plan to be a more regular member, and will definitely be in the wind in '03 so maybe some of us will have a chance to meet at some event or another. No Irishman, just a mutt! shawn02dueceYeah FXSB, I saw your bike earlier when I logged on. Looks great! Are these TC88B Softails smooth or what? I rode a 97 Heritage Springer and thought my teeth would chatter out, which is why I bought the Dyna. A friend and his dad both got 01 Softails - Duece & Fat Boy, they and everyone else with one went on and on about it. I love it!
