John Bennett I don't understand why Honda is getting rid of the Valkyries. I thought they sold well and had a huge following. Are they not selling? What gives? ==========================================

RetroI have no idea what Honda is up to. Popular bikes like the Valk (Interstate and Tourer) and the Aero got the axe this year. I'm thinking that they wanted to really play up the VTX lineup and sales on Aeros would have distracted buyers from the VTXR market and sales on Valks would distract buyers from the VTX1800 market. I think the F6 has too strong of a following in the powercruiser market so maybe they just decided to up the displacement in order to keep those who want big umph and more comfort than the VTX, but don't want to move into a GoldWing. John Bennett Dang what a bike!!! * 1832cc liquid-cooled horizontally opposed six-cylinder * Rear Tire: 180/55R-17 radial * Wheelbase: 68.9 inches * Dry Weight: 769.6 pounds * Fuel Capacity: 6.2 gallons Too much motorcycle for me. But if I had the beans for a garage full of bike, I'd like to own one. I bet on the the Boss Hoss and some true sports bikes will beat it in the quarter mile. ==========================================

RetroJohn, Dual-bagger means it has exhaust pipes on both sides of the bike. Just a personal preference I have.... As for the quarter mile, I'm sure she's not that fastest off the line, but give her a mile and I'll bet she'll catch up ! Ride safe! Retro
