chrome swingarm
debbie1955I am looking for a chromed swingarm for a 2001 Fatboy. My husband found one on Ebay and didn't buy it. Now he won't rest or neither will I until he has one on his bike. He is possessed by it and driving me crazy so any help would be appreciated.
raydog434We have a biker swapmeet coming here soon and will look for one for you. What are you looking to pay?
jhawker2000Deb, I dont happen to have a chrome swingarm in my pocket at the moment but having yours chromed doesn't really take all that long. I had a bunch of stuff chromed at Browns Plating in Kentucky, fork legs, wheels, final drive etc and as I remember the turnaround time was about two weeks. It aint cheap but its cheaper than buying "new" and Browns is one of the best in the business. You have to go thru your dealer tho. Check this out. http://www.fototime.com/inv/63412EAC029EA78

raydog434If you wanted too, I could powder coat it for you in chrome powder. It looks like chrome and all you have to do is wash with soapy water and hose off to keep it clean. It's cheaper to do than the price of chrome.
MidniteRoadyThis place did my rear pulley and gets good reviews. Give you another place to compare service to: http://www.thechromehouse.com/ Farmer Mike 01 MidnightStar "I don't wanna pickle, just wanna ride my motorcickle"
RetroDebbie, There's one on eBay right now, although I have to agree that plating an existing one would probably be cheaper: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1859922966 Ride safe! Retro
