And, in response to the parked motorcycle law... maybe that's why we saw so many couples doing it on moving bikes at Glencoe, heck, maybe there's an ordinance there that we didn't know about.

| bear | You-all think thats funny well I lived In Norfolk, Va. and it isn't funny at all, they got some silly laws there..
1. no sex on a swing in the city park
2. no sex in the back seat of a moving Taxi
3. no sex on a moving city bus
4. no sex in the city park in front of the monkey house
5. no sex on the grass in the city park after 10;30 at night
6. last but not least, its against the law to have sex with a loose women, ??, with your shoes off..don't know about that, but I always left my shoes on..
also the standard fine for each offense was $25.00 plus court cost which was $5.00 at the time...1957 to 1965 what it is now I don't know but I will let you know when I come home from there next spring...

| Jim | Back in the late '60s the city of Oakwood, Ohio ( suburb of Dayton) passed an ordance required riders and passengers on motorcycles to use SEAT BELTS. After a week of letters, phone calls and being laughed at and ridiculed in the press, they rescended it at the next city council meeting.
Another example of politicians that don't know a Civic from a Gold Wing (hey, they are both Hondas)making the rules.
